UltraClear RO 20 Reverse osmosis system

Pure-water production from softened or hardness-stabilized drinking water 
It mainly consists of:
1 solenoid valve for raw water
1 fine filter; housing made of plastic, including active carbon fine filter cartridge AK/5µm, accessible from the front
1 pressure switch for high pressure pump
1 high pressure pump made of Ms, with fittings made of stainless steel, incl. alternating current motor mounted on vibrating dampers
1 manometer indicating operating pressure
1 high performance membrane module made of polyamide on a polysulphone basis, including pressure pipe with end caps
1 solenoid valve to discard permeate when limits are exceeded
1 restriction to limit concentrate quantity
1 electronic control incl. operating field with membrane keyboard integrated in front panel, plain text to display:
  - conductivity permeate
  - conductivity post-treatment (if available)
  - level storage tank, displays in percent 3 selectable values for ON/OFF and dry run protection of external permeate feed pump
  - status indication by symbols
  - recommended maintenance intervals and cartridge replacements
  - German and English language available
  - failure message displays (lack of raw water, LF1/LF2)
  - RS 232 interface (processing software optional)

Please note:
The performance is based on a raw water salt content of max. 1000 mg/l (TDS) equivalent to a conductivity of 2000 µS/cm at 15°C. From 10°dH or higher, a softener is recommended.
All a. m. components are assembled into a complete system; the Ultra Clear RO can be fitted and installed without the aid of a factory service engineer.

The feed water specifications are guidelines. The pure water specifications can only be guaranteed, if a drinking water analysis is available for the plant location and all other relevant
parameters have been evaluated.
