The FRAP sandwichset, which was developed by the renowned Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, California, U.S.A., consists of 2 parts with the following specifications.
Base part:
approx. 127.8x85.5x1 mm
with super-hydrophobic surface
with spacer of 0.06 mm height with 96 wells consistent with SBS format
Cover glass:
optimized for brightfield, UV and fluorescent imaging
approx. 112x77 mm, thickness No. 1.5 (0.16-0.19 mm)
with super-hydrophobic surface
Packing unit: 20 pieces = minimum quantity to order
