Incubator for up to 150 gelatine samples in Bloomtest jars at constant 10°C according to GME Monograph "Standardised Methods for the Testing of Edible Gelatine", GMIA Standard (Gelatin Manufacturers Institute of America) and AOAC Method 948.21 "Jelly Strength of Gelatin".

The high temperature stability and fast recovery times of the bath guarantee very constant measurement results for the samples.
