As the user, you can set your own limit values; if these are exceeded, the food thermometer alerts you with a visual and acoustic alarm. This means you will see and hear immediately when critical temperatures are reached. Another extremely practical function is automatic final value recognition (auto hold). HACCP-compliant measurements with the testo 106 thermometer The food thermometer comes with a protective probe cap to protect the measuring tip from damage. We also offer the indestructible and IP 67 compliant waterproof TopSafe protective case (can be ordered separately). Combined with the TopSafe case, the testo 106 is an EN 13485-certified and HACCP-compliant thermometer.
