Resistance sensors
Such as Pt100 designed in two-wire technology do not have a defined polarity 
and also offer more exact measuring results compare to the thermocouples. 
Handling with short connection lengths is therefore simple.

Temperature measurement and control
Temperature sensors measure the temperature at the location to be monitored.
This can be on a pipe, a reactor or as well on a PILZ laboratory heater. 
The temperature range to be measured, the type of installation of the heater 
and connection of the sensor, as well as the use of suitable control technology, 
among other things, must be taken into account.
