(1) Rotulex System

This flexible connection (patented by Sovirel) consists of 2 semi-spherical mating pieces which are held together by means of tongs or flanges. Between the connections is an elastic and inert silicone rubber seal with PTFE coating, or a Viton seal.

Technical data:

Operating temperature: max. 200 to 250°C

Pressure resistance: 0.5 to 6 bar, according to size and
accessory (tongs or flanges)

Dynam. vacuum strength: 10^–4 Torr with composite seal,
10^–2 Torr with Viton seal

Clamps

To hold the mating pieces together you can use either articulated tongs with spring and a locking pin, or a separable pair of flanges.

Made completely of rust-proof steel 18 × 8. Packed one to a plastic bag.
