After pre-cooling, the blue version will keep the reagents at a temperature of -15 to -20°C on the laboratory bench for up to 2 hours (for 32 cavities and 1 hour for 12 cavities).

After pre-cooling, the green version will keep the reagents at a temperature of 1°C on the laboratory bench for up to 5 hours (for 32 cavities and 3.5 hour for 12 cavities).

The green variants with high 3 × 4 arrangement can receive either tubes with 12 to 13 mm diameter, or 16 to 17 mm diameter.
