(1) Minifold®I Dot-Blot System

Minifold I dot and slot blotting devices made of acrylic for exact and reproducible results. All devices are designed for the use of multi-channel pipettes. With a special clamping plate and adjustable locking clips made of rustproof metal for even pressure and reliable sealing of the sampling surface. The system is easy to assemble and can be run with any vacuum source, e.g. with a water jet pump. The English operating instructions describe how the system can be easily cleaned if contaminated by RNA, for example. Membrane size: 102 × 133 mm.

 

Minifold®I systems are supplied complete in a case with for PROTRAN® BA 85 and GB 002 blotting devices.

(2) Turboblotter™

The TurboBlotter™ is easy to assemble and works without electricity or a vacuum. Capillary transfer from top to bottom permits a complete alkaline transfer in 1 h. The transfer unit is reusable.

All required papers and membranes are available in refill packs.
