Formaldehyde-free concentrate for disinfecting thermostable and nonthermo-stable materials. Evaluated using the new DGHM (German Hygiene and Microbiology Society) method. Formaldehyde-free. Suitable for surgical instruments and non-thermostable items including flexible endoscopes. Can be used in an ultrasonic bath. Good material compatibility. Effective across a wide spectrum (bacteria incl. TB, fungus, viruses incl. HBV and HIV). Concentrations for use acc. to DGHM: 1% = 60 min, 1% = 30 min, 1.5% = 15 min. Biodegradable.

(2) MELISEPTOL New Formula®

Ready-to-use alcoholic disinfectant for spraying or wiping. For medical inventory and other alcohol-resistant surfaces. Contains 44 g ethanol and not other active ingredients, is free of quaternary ammonium compounds, amines, and aldehydes.
Effective against bacteria (incl. MRSA, TbB and mycobacteria) and fungus; limited-virucidal (incl. HBV, HCV, HIV) and effective against rotaviruses, adenoviruses and noroviruses. DGHM-/VAH-listed and in the IHO virucide list. Impact time: 1 minute.
